The internet is losing it over these photos of Love Island UK's Megan before cosmetic surgery

The drama is going OFFFF on Love Island UK, but the drama is also happening off the island and on the internet.

Photos are currently circulating online of controversial contestant Megan Barton-Hanson showing her "before cosmetic surgery".

The 'before' images show an 18-year-old Megan with straight hair, skinny eyebrows and notably thinner lips.

Media are reporting that Megan started her dramatic transformation at the age of 14 and her cosmetic surgeries would have cost around NZ$49,900.

It's also reported that the reality show star has had multiple lip fillers, a breast augmentation, rhinoplasty and botox in her forehead.
