Pretty Little Liars is getting a spin-off

Following the huge success of Pretty Little Liars, the hit show is now getting a spin-off - Pretty Little Liars - The Perfectionists.

The show will be toplined by PLL co-stars Sasha Pieterse and Janel Parrish who played Alison DiLaurentis and Mona Vanderwaal respectively. The new show comes from the same writer/executive producer I. Marlene King, Alloy Entertainment and Warner Horizon Scripted Television, and it is based on the popular book series The Perfectionists, written by PLL author Sara Shepard.

The action moves from Rosewood to the new town of Beacon Heights, with five new girls. 

At first the girls think they have nothing in common, until they realise that they all hate Nolan Hotchkiss, who’s done terrible things to each of them. They come up with the perfect way to kill him, but it's all hypothetical...

Until... Nolan turns up dead, in exactly the way they planned. If they can't find the real killer, their perfect lives are set to come crashing down.

The television series will bring back Alison and Mona, and the two series will connect and centre on that same murder.
