Tut tut tut Biebs, young children look up to you, you're meant to be following the law!J

The bad boy Justin was pulled over by police for using his cell phone while driving over the weekend.

The 'Sorry' singer was behind the wheel of a Mercedes G-Wagon in Beverly Hills when an officer spotted him using his device and pulled him over.with law enforcement sources

Biebz was then issued a citation for using his phone while driving.

It was reported that Justin was calm and cooperative and accepted the ticket without further incident.

In Beverly Hills, the average cell phone ticket fine costs $162 USD, which we're pretty sure he'll be able to afford!

Just last month Justin vowed to stay on the right path and not to end up behind bars ever again.

This is far from the first time that Bieber has had a run in with the law, one of his more notable offences was when he was just 19 years old and faced multiple charges when he was arrested for Driving Under the Influence (DUI), resisting arrest, and driving with a suspended license when he was caught drag racing in Miami Beach in a yellow Lamborghini.
