Julian Dennison confirmed for massive Hollywood role

Kiwi breakout star Julian Dennison has officially been cast for the next Deadpool film, starring alongside Ryan Reynolds!

This an epic achievement at only 14 years of age. Julian gathered a legion of fans following his role in Hunt For The Wilderpeople. 

Dennison's NZ agent Jude Lane confirmed the news of his role to Newshub but remained tight-lipped about the details of his role.

Taika Waititi is clearly ecstatic over the young Kiwi star's new role as he's taken to Twitter to share his excitement. 

His tweet was retweeted by Reynolds himself.

Deadpool 2 is slated for release mid-next year.
