Disturbing footage of Justin Bieber surfaces, worrying fans

A video of Justin Bieber meeting fans is going viral as he’s seen twitching and shaking uncontrollably as he meets fans on the street.

The singer’s behaviour shocked and concerned fans and had many online questioning his health and state of mind.

It’s believed the video was recorded earlier this month and shows the singer looking happy until he suddenly switches, appearing uncomfortable and in pain.

He can be seen twitching as he clasps his torso and then hugging a fan where you can see his arm frantically twitching.

Fans took to Twitter to express their distress and concern for Bieber.
