Billie Eilish has opened up about her own experiences with mental health to raise awareness.

For Mental Health Awareness Month, Seize The Awkward sat down with Billie to chat about mental health and the best ways to reach out to people you think may need it.

"I think when people hear "take care of your mental health," they think that everyone else is and that's not accurate at all".

Other people involved in the campaign range from Youtuber Liza Koshy, singer Ava Max and actor Tyler Posey.
