I am just going to lay all my cards on the table and tell you the truest fact that I am currently in possession of… 18-year-old Aucklander Thomas Stoneman, a.k.a. THOMSTON, is a very, very important person. This is a truer fact than the fact that the Haim sisters have the best long-hair-don’t-care of modern times, or that Lorde has won two Grammys, or that Ellie Goulding is a Capricorn.

These next 2014 months upcoming, are going to be ALL about Thomston… I just KNOW it. I mean, who else at only two self-released EP’s into their career, has had the smarts to already be compiling a list of early supporters on Twitter that he plans to take on pizza dates come his first opportunity to visit them in their city? The only person even comparable is Ariana Grande circa 2011, asking fans to write down their Twitter usernames on paper for her so that she could later go online and follow them. And we all know how well her career is going… SO!

About his song 'Caffeine', Thomston says: "As a kid, I thought coffee was disgusting. Realising I’d grown to enjoy it was a personal marker for becoming an adult… I just didn't think it'd be at the expense of so many lost friends and failed plans."
